Prep Club of Beaches Habitat for Humanity: A college-prep program that offers incentives, community connections, tutoring and a Scheidel Scholarship to students of Beaches Habitat homeowners. Quarterly, students submit report cards to the Prep Club Program Manager in order to receive rewards for perfect attendance and As and Bs in core classes. Students must open a savings account and they are encouraged, through incentives, to save their money. Furthermore, students must complete 10 hours of community service per academic year. All Prep Club students have access to a 4-year scholarship to the University of North Florida. Prep Club graduates, as well as Beaches Habitat homeowners can receive tuition scholarships for a wide variety of educational programs offered by Florida State College of Jacksonville.

Our mission is to ensure 100% of Beaches Habitat for Humanity Partner Families' children obtain a postsecondary education degree or certificate.

To ensure students succeed in a postsecondary education, we develop targeted college and career readiness skills through a variety of activites, opportunities and positive relationships.
